
Robert Beining – Vice President, CCC Verify
Robert Beining began his career in Workforce Solutions in 2004 as the Assistant Director of Alliance Partners with Equifax. Prior to this position, Robert worked with Maritz Rewards, a division of the Maritz Company; a company focused on assisting its customers in increasing both internal and external client satisfaction. Equifax brought Robert on board to assist them in increasing client satisfaction with the partnership portion of their business.
As the Assistant Director of Alliance, Robert managed a team of Client Relationship Managers, responsible for the ongoing relationships with partners covering all of the Equifax service offerings. The team’s responsibilities include:
• Managing all Alliance partner quarterly & annual performance reviews
• Directly responsible for all physical and cybersecurity audits
• Accountable for operational enhancements, issue resolution and revenue generation
After five years of 100% of client retention, Robert was promoted to Director of Alliance Partners. As the Director of the Alliance Partners, Robert’s ability to problem solve and customer service skills, led his team to decrease implementation times from 118 days to only 17 days, reducing costs by 87%. While the increase in efficiency and cost savings was vital to his success, Robert also became very knowledgeable in client performance and security.
In 2019, Robert joined Corporate Cost Control’s leadership team as the Director of CCC Verify. In this position, Robert is responsible for maintaining a secure on-line platform for CCC Verify, while assisting customers, verifiers, and customer employees in accessing verifications. Robert’s experience provides the CCC Verify team with a leader that will drive them to improve the customer experience, through his passion for building lasting client relationships that lead to successful partnerships.
