Dane Swenson – Manager, Client Solutions

Dane Swenson began his career in Workforce Solutions in 2011 as a Claims Analyst with Corporate Cost Control. In the Claims Department, Dane was responsible for the initial claim from the first response until the appeal had been filed. Dane excelled at gaining knowledge of the unemployment procedures and regulations across the United States while developing trusted partnerships with CCC clients of all sizes and industries. 

Dane was moved into the Hearings Department as a Representative in mid-2012 to further his unemployment experience. It was apparent that no matter the position, Dane would rise to the challenge. His attention to every detail of the process, from preparing his witnesses to making the final argument in the hearing, was frequently complimented by CCC Clients. 

In 2014 it became apparent that Dane’s incredible drive and customer service focus was better suited to working with our clients as an Account Executive. Dane thrives on looking into the details of his client’s programs and pinpointing areas for potential improvement with a plan for success. This ability to dive deep has benefited his clients’ unemployment programs resulting in increased protestable and win rates.  

It is Dane’s unique ability to build relationships with his clients that leads to his clients’ continued program improvement. Dane’s clients’ endless requests for additional assistance resulted in his promotion to the Manager of Client Solutions in August of 2020. In this role, Dane will work with existing CCC clients to determine other CCC products that would benefit their organization.
