
Renee Blanco
Renee Blanco began her career in unemployment compensation consulting with the Frick Company in 1988. Beginning in the Claims Department, Renee progressed throughout the company learning all aspects of the industry. Renee has experience in both the Hearings Department and Account Management prior to the TALX Corporation’s acquisition of the Frick Company she was the manager of their Westlake, California Office.
Renee continued to work at the TALX Corporation through their acquisition by Equifax. During her tenure she has worked with a variety of organizations including In & Out Burger, General Dynamics and Republic. She has experience working in all 50 states as well as Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands.
In 2014 Corporate Cost Control was fortunate to add Renee to our team as a Claims Analyst. Renee took this position to get back to an organization that was based on a customer service first model. “I will use my decades of UI experience to provide our customer with a level of service and knowledge that will give them the confidence to handle their Human Resource matters effectively and efficiently.” Renee Blanco.
In 2015, Renee was promoted to Hearing Coordinator working with CCC’s major clients such as Safeway and State of Colorado. Renee insures that her customers receive timely notice and thorough preparation prior to participating in an unemployment hearing. Her dedication to her clients has resulted in an increase in both client satisfaction and successful outcomes in hearing attendance.
