Jennifer Keils

Jennifer started her career in Workforce Solutions in 2006 with Corporate Cost Control. Jennifer has consistently embodied, CCC’s philosophy of “Customer First” during her tenure at CCC. Beginning at CCC as the receptionist, Jennifer made sure that all customers were taken care of promptly and with a positive attitude. Whether state unemployment agency or CCC client, Jennifer received compliments for her ability to ensure that all calls and visitors had a great introduction to CCC.

With a passion for learning,  Jennifer learned a lot about unemployment by offering assistance when she had free time, both in the mail room and assisting Claims Analysts and Account Executives.  This tenacity led to her promotion to Claims Analyst in 2008. As a Claims Analyst, Jennifer is responsible for her client’s unemployment claims from the initial protest to filing an appeal, when appropriate.

Jennifer takes the time to truly consult with her clients, and they often reach out to her prior to separating an employee for her advice. She also counsels her clients daily about what is necessary to remain not only compliant with state unemployment agency integrity regulations but, also to promote a denial of benefits, to improve their win rate, verifying that each claim is responded to timely, with full and complete information.

Jennifer strives to maintain a high level of customer service by having a very human approach to her handling of claims. She prides herself on her ability to formulate successful client relationships and enjoys speaking with clients as frequently as possible.
