Ajah Anderson

Ajah began her career in unemployment compensation consulting in 1997 with the Gates McDonald Company (GMD). Originally hired as a Claims Manager, Ajah’s work ethic quickly lead to a deep understanding of the unemployment system, throughout the United States.  As Ajah’s knowledge grew, so did  her communication and customer service skills.

Ajah was promoted to Hearing Representative, prior to GMD’s acquisition by the TALX Corporation (subsequently Equifax) in 2003.  She quickly learned that she missed working more closely with clients and left the company to pursue a position with both more  client contact and customer service. Ajah found that position at Corporate Cost Control.

When Ajah began in 2004, CCC had an “all-in-one” concept.  As an Account Manager, Ajah not only handled all the claims and hearings for her clients, she also provided training and program management. Ajah’s integrity, accountability, accuracy combined with being detail oriented insured her and her clients’ success in this well-rounded experience.

In 2009 after reorganization within CCC, Ajah became a Senior Hearings Coordinator.  As a Hearing Coordinator, Ajah is responsible for informing and preparing clients for upcoming unemployment hearings. CCC clients benefit from Ajah’s ability to make even the worst unemployment case a positive experience.  Even if she can’t guarantee a win, she will educate the client to understand what changes can be make to insure a denial of benefits in future unemployment cases.
