With regards to the current coronavirus (COVID-19) climate, Corporate Cost Control would like to let you know we are taking this very seriously and that we are enacting best practices for our staff’s health and well-being, while still maintaining operations in the manner which our clients have come to expect.
The following measures have been taken thus far with more to follow, should the need arise and a business continuity plan is enacted.
- All CCC employees who are able to work from home are currently, or will be doing so shortly. Given the nature of our business, mail must still be sorted and processed in office.
- Compliance with best practices as outlined by the CDC are being observed and each of our mail processing centers has taken extra precautions to ensure disinfectant and anti-bacterial products are used diligently.
- We have postponed all upcoming team meetings and suspended travel for all of our associates.
- INAP (CCC’s data center) is prepared to activate their business continuity and emergency response plans, if needed, to ensure seamless operations throughout this situation.
Beyond that, we are acting upon best practice recommendations from both federal and local health authorities to ensure the safety and health of our team and clients.
Thank you for your understanding and if there are any changes to the information listed here or if the need to enact a business continuity plan arises at any office within CCC or our data center, CCC will update and contact you.
Corporate Cost Control remains diligent in protecting our clients data. Through a Principle of “least permission”, we only use the data we receive for its intended purpose and data is always encrypted at-rest as well as in-transit. CCC does not offshore any aspect of our services and each service is wholly owned by CCC.
