Your Experian Employer Services Unemployment Service Team:

Claims Analyst:

Your Claims Analyst is tasked with managing unemployment claims and determinations for your account in all states that you operate in. This individual has years, sometimes two-plus decades, of experience handling claims and determinations.

They are your day-to-day working with you to gather the correct and relevant information for the claim, package it appropriately, send it to the state, and guide you through the appeal process should we get an unfavorable determination.

Hearings Coordinator:

A Hearing Coordinator is assigned to your account for hearings and resulting decisions. When a hearing is received, the coordinator reaches out to gather who the employer’s firsthand witness will be. Once established, they will reach out to prepare that witness and ensure all documents are sent to both parties if the state requires them.

If you want EES (Experian Employer Services) to provide a representative for the hearing, your coordinator will assign you a rep and ensure all parties are connected and have what they need. Once a decision is rendered, your coordinator will look through it, recommend an appeal (or not), and if appealed, will work with you to draft a letter of appeal to the board of review. To do so, we must prove an error in ‘fact or law’ and will work to highlight those factors in our response.

Tax Analyst:

Depending on if you’re a contributory or reimbursing employer, you will have a Tax Analyst assigned to your account who can help with all Unemployment Tax matters, including SUI registration, rate analysis, benefit charge analysis, voluntary contributions, year over year reporting, forecasting, and more. With decades of experience, these team members are invaluable to managing your Unemployment Program.

Account Executive:

Your Account Executive is there for everything else: General account issues, report deliveries, additional services requests, obscure and complex unemployment questions, training, COVID information forwarding, and much more. With decades of experience, these team members have experience throughout the organization gaining them a depth of knowledge unparalleled in the industry. They really bring everything together for our clients.
