I was asked recently on a sales call about why a company would use Employment and Income Verification Services at all. The potential client felt they were handling these requests just fine on their own, which they were in a sense, but I came up with three simple reasons why no matter what you do in-house to satisfy these requests, it can be done better.

1. Administrative Burden Relief:
A verifier, government or commercial, needs a verification for one of your employees. They reach out to your employees in HR or payroll by phone, fax, or email and are now waiting for a response. Your employee must spend time completing this verification, which can range from a couple of minutes to several minutes per verification. If something is wrong or complicated with the data, this could mean hours.
