Aaron HeyerIn 2017 CCC lost an amazing coworker and friend, Aaron Heyer, after a valiant battle with kidney cancer.  Aaron was a special person, and his absence has been felt by everyone. To honor Aaron, CCC created an annual award to a team member that exhibits the qualities that were best exemplified by Aaron.  We are proud to announce our 2018 winner!

2019 Aaron Heyer Team Player Award

Heather will receive a $2500 bonus, and her name will be added to the plaque displayed at our corporate headquarters.
CCC has also provided Aaron’s family with a $2500 gift to honor Aaron’s amazing gift of service to CCC and our clients.

All of us at CCC know that it is difficult to find someone who lives up to who Aaron was and all that he did. At CCC we are fortunate to have numerous talented team members that fit many of the qualities that Aaron possessed, but there is one employee that stood out in 2019.

Heather Anthony received numerous nominations for the Aaron Heyer Customer Service Award. Heather is, above all else, a team player. In her role as the Director of IT Services, Heather is responsible for listening and responding to the needs of every department to ensure that IT is delivering what’s needed. She is a wonderful representative of IT, and she is very well-respected and admired by everyone she works with.  As one of the nominations stated, “Heather always has a lot on her plate with everything that we want or think we need, and she always responds quickly and with a friendly tone even when it becomes clear that the problem/issue is the person sitting in my chair.”

This year Heather had an opportunity to tackle the biggest client CCC has ever tackled. Heather was involved in this project from Day One, participating in the sales presentation and remaining a vital player in the entire sales process. The client’s requirements were unique: A wish list of 50 items to complete before the end of the year? Travel to India? Spend a week training the client? Done, done, and done.

No client can be brought on board in a vacuum, especially not one as complex as the largest customer CCC has ever implemented; success depends on ensuring all departments are involved and engaged. This is where Heather’s deep understanding of CCC’s processes became vital – she was able to consider every team’s needs. But she also worked ceaselessly to make sure the requirements were met.

Congratulations to Heather! She truly represents the best of CCC, and we are all the better for having her here.
