Effective communication is the bedrock of any successful business relationship. Having an open line of communication between a vendor and their client can make or break the efficacy of their mutual goals. Now, this is common sense one would assume, we all know what can go wrong in life when communication is stifled, and cooperation can become difficult.

The famous case of the astronauts of Apollo 13 uttering the words “Houston we’ve had a problem” almost perfectly illustrate the importance of fast and effective communication. That kind of communication is something we at CCC value highly and promote within our organization. We pride ourselves in “picking up the phone” instead of just sending an email to a client when a problem needs a resolution.

So, if there is something that truly gets us excited, it’s a client that is willing to take advantage of that aspect of our services. Clients that keep an open line of communication, ask us questions and make use of our resources get the most out of what we offer. Although the title of this blog is “the client that made my day” I admit it would be very hard for me to cherry pick one single experience from the many wonderful relationships I have with our various clients. For me, what gives me great excitement is to have the opportunity to facilitate the ease of operation for any of our clients. But what truly can make my day is when a client feels they can come to me with any questions or concerns, because they feel that we have an effective open line of communication.
