We are happy to announce the promotion of Teresa George to an Assistant Manager of Quality Assurance. Teresa joined CCC 3 years ago as a Claims Analyst and this past year was promoted to a Team Lead position. Teresa has a “can do” attitude and excellent customer service skills. She always takes on whatever project she is asked to complete and does so with a smile on her face. Her attention to detail and efforts to provide the best customer service experience makes her a natural fit for this new role.

As Assistant Manager of Quality Assurance, Teresa will be covering Claims Analyst’s accounts while they are out on PTO and will be using that time to review account set ups, reports and quality of client communication. We are very excited to have Teresa in this role and look forward to having her work with the Regional Manager’s to maintain and further improve our quality of customer satisfaction.
