training2Many clients forget that CCC offers unemployment training and education on all aspects of the unemployment process. What’s more, there is never an additional charge for our unemployment training. Here are a few of the different types of training we offer:
Live Training – In-person and Via WebEx – CCC will review your unemployment report on a regular basis and determine your program’s strengths and weaknesses. Your Account Executive will recommend the training to address any issues and will utilize actual cases, so your team can learn from claims that are relevant to your organization. These training sessions can be done in-person or via WebEx and hosted for all UI stakeholders or targeted groups.
Web-Based on Demand Training – Clients can take advantage of our web-based on-demand training modules. These sessions focus on the most common areas of unemployment training, such as unemployment 101, the hearing process, costs of lost claims, etc. The modules allow a user to start and stop training as his or her schedule permits. Each session is followed by a brief quiz to measure the user’s level of comprehension. These quiz results will be emailed to the user’s manager and are available online.
Hamlet Training – Your Account Executive, will demo our unemployment cost management portal, Hamlet, for your team so you can determine whether you would like to utilize this system. If you would like to use Hamlet, your AE will provide comprehensive training to assure your team is comfortable with the system before you “go-live” and process actual claims. CCC will also provide all Hamlet users with our Hamlet User Guide, and your Account Executive will be available for on-going support.
