keyboardI have clients contact me every day, asking if I could provide them with a report showing what their UI claims were for a specific timeframe.  It is a great question and one that I am always happy to answer them.  Running the reports and going over the reports allows us to collaboratively come up with ways that perhaps we can improve the program, or shows that what we currently are doing is working and to keep it up (we hope that this is always the case)!

What I always bring up to the clients at the end of these meetings, and something that many are not even aware of is that this information is available to them 24 hours a day/ 7 days a week right on our website.  This is a fantastic feature, and one that probably interested you during the onboarding process but then one that may have been forgotten about.  We have several online reports available to you, including an Executive Summary which would give you a quarterly overview of what your unemployment numbers look like for a specific timeframe, a claimant detail report which will provide the details for all claims filed, and a hearings report to allow you to see how you are doing in this area.  The reports are current as of the previous day, so the information you are obtaining is going to be very up to date.  Several clients that I have reminded about this option have found it to be a very useful tool when running various reports for their organization.
