As I prepared for today’s blog, I thought it would be great to highlight the training videos we have posted on the site. If you are a current CCC client, you already have access to CCC UI University, CCC’s education and training center. By accessing this portion of our site, you have access to:
- Sample Forms (including corrective action notices, reasonable assurance letters, exit interview forms)
- White Papers
- Archived Bulletins
- Archived Training Session Videos
It is important to note that CCC’s training sessions are 30 minutes, live, informal training on topics for which CCC clients have indicated they would like additional training. Our CCC experts spend time discussing the topic and answering questions. CCC does not edit or prerecord these training sessions; we record them live. What can happen when we record them live? With three people in 3 states? Sometimes there are glitches!
While I facilitate the session, I am also likely assisting clients who are having difficulty logging in, audio issues, and occasionally, there are internet issues. I wanted to thank everyone who attends these sessions for their willingness to give us feedback and continue to help us grow our education and training program.
What have we heard?
- Directions on how to access CCC UI University.
- You want more training! Well, your wish has been granted. We are hosting them every six weeks! Our training sessions are listed on our website with the links to go ahead and register. We’ve also added tax training sessions which are an hour quarterly this year as well! Attend one or all!
- Additional training on getting into our sessions. There are always a few clients that have difficulty logging in.
