Corporate Cost Control is always seeking ways to streamline processes and add value to our client experience. In an effort to improve the receipt time for documents both received from and sent to the California Employment Development Department, CCC has opened a mail center in Bakersfield, California. By opening this center, CCC will be able to allow our clients additional time to respond to requests for information relating to unemployment claims.
CCC has hired Yvette Fig to manage the new mail center which will operate from 7am to 4pm Pacific. CCC has begun the transition by working with two of our California based clients to change their Address of Record to our Bakersfield address. As appropriate, additional California and potentially West Coast states will have their addresses moved to the Bakersfield address as well. We look forward to keeping you apprised of the progress of the Bakersfield Mail Center.
